What do you use to sweeten your products?

The Sour Gummy Stars are sweetened with allulose, apple juice, and a titch of vegan cane sugar. The Sour Gummy Shells are sweetened with vegan cane sugar and apple juice

Do you use sugar alcohols?

No. Sugar alcohols like erythritol, sorbitol, and xylitol are carbohydrates with a chemical structure that’s similar to sugar. Because they reportedly cause digestive problems for some folks, we stay away from them.

What is allulose?

Allulose is a sweetener that occurs naturally in foods like figs, molasses, and maple syrup. We love it because it has a fraction of the calories of table sugar and isn't absorbed by the body.

Do you use any artificial flavors or colors?

No! All our flavors and dyes come from fruit and/or vegetable sources.

Apple juice and allulose.

Allulose is a natural sweetener that tastes like sugar, but has a fraction of the calories and isn’t absorbed by the body. It’s often referred to as a “rare sugar” because it’s found in relatively low quantities in nature. Yeah, we like the good stuff.

You bet, but we made sure to keep our fiber content moderate to minimize the risk of any potential tummy aches.

While we don’t subscribe to any specific diet, we think our keto friends can comfortably indulge in our gummies given that they contain no sugar alcohols and only 2g sugar per bag.

Better Sour gummies are made with better ingredients. Our colors are from fruits and veggies and have no Red 40 and Red 3 dyes.
