Does this work with 5GHz Wi-Fi?
No. This hummingbird feeder with camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. If your router combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz under one network name, please connect through the 2.4GHz band during setup.
Why is my feeder leaking?
Please check that the gasket is seated flat, the glass bottle is tightened evenly, the feeder is hanging level, and the nectar is not overfilled.
How do I prevent ants and wasps?
Fill the built-in ant moat with water before hanging, wipe away spilled nectar, and clean the feeder regularly. Outdoor nectar feeders may attract insects if nectar residue is left around the ports.
